San Francisco Department of Public Works (DPW) cleans Lippard Avenue regularly to keep the city free of trash. Make sure your vehicle is not parked here during the restricted hours on Thu 2nd & 4th and Tue 2nd & 4th. Enforcement usually starts strictly around 11.
