Finding parking on Mason Street means paying close attention to the rules. The city's mechanical sweepers clean this block on Friday and Monday. You must keep the curb clear until 2. Many locals park a few blocks away the night before to avoid the early morning rush.
Besides street cleaning, check if Mason Street requires a Residential Parking Permit (RPP). If you don't have a neighborhood permit sticker, you might only be allowed to park for 2 hours. If you are at a parking meter, make sure you pay through the official PayByPhone app or at the machine.
