Finding a new parking spot can take 15-20 minutes, so plan ahead.
A $90 sweeping ticket is bad, but getting your car towed is much worse. Many streets connected to Starr King Way become 'tow-away zones' during morning and evening commute hours. Always read the whole parking sign. If the sign says 'Tow-Away', your car will be removed immediately.
Sometimes parking signs on Starr King Way get painted over or go missing. You are still responsible for knowing the sweeping schedule. You can call 311 to report broken signs.
